About Delivery
Free delivery for purchases over HK$399.
Delivery (Hong Kong only)
- Customers shall pay shipping fees based on the delivery area. Free delivery on order over HK$399.
- Local delivery fee HK$40 will be charged for order below HK$399
- In general, the goods will be delivered within four working days (starting from the day after the order date).
- The cutoff time is 12:00am. Order received after 12:00am will be processed on the next working day.
- The estimated delivery time is for reference only. The goods will be delivered through the shipping company, and delivery times may be delayed, suspended, or rescheduled due to the conditions such as traffic, area, weather, annual inventory, and other factors.
- Each order can be assigned to one delivery location.
- Customer will be notified via email if the goods cannot be successfully delivered.
